Hi! A little about me:

I've lived in NYC for most of my life and am a recent transplant to the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Inspired by all that is wonderful here, photography has increasingly become a part of what I love to do. Trained as an architect, I strive to create delightful spaces mixing site, views, materials and textures, conjuring and creating moods and memories with these rich elements. I try to do the same with my photography, capturing and sharing the wonder, the textures and sense of the place I feel at any given moment one photo at a time.

I've been taking photos much longer than I have been an architect (of 16 years). My first memory of taking a photograph was with my mother's camera when I was six years old. It was of a squashed orange in the street over by the curb. I wish I could find that photograph!
